Sports

 Dillan has really like baseball and improved so much.  He really like the recreation teams so he can try it out and improve without all the pressure. 

Sports have taken over all our free time for the last two months...And sadly I was such a bad mom I didn't take any pictures.  Dillan wanted to try baseball again after a few years of not playing and Tristan just wanted to play soccer.  We found some recreation teams in the local area....which can be a hard thing if you haven't signed up like 6 months in advance.  And now that soccer has ended and baseball will end in 10 days we will be bored without tons of sporting events to get to.  Actually we are all looking forward to summer and taking a break from schedules, school and work. And I better take some pictures at Dillan's last game too!

We got a Dog!

We got a dog at Pet Smart from a rescue organization... The great part is she came with a name Roxy, all her shots and medical stuff taken care of and mostly housebroken.  I was really glad the dog already had a name and the kids liked it or we would of had many fights over the dogs name.  She is a chiwiennie. We have laughed and laughed over the dogs breed.  I had found another dog we were going to look at but it had been adopted and once you take kids to "look" for a dog, forget it.  You probably are coming home with one which we did.

While the boys are away

Patrick took the boys to Father and Son's camping over the weekend and Mikayla decided it was the perfect opportunity to have a sleep over with Mom.  And no the dog did not sleep with us!!  She got booted to the crate after the movie. 

When does sick season end???

 The flu has come to our house...yet again.  We have had hacky colds over Spring break and now the flu again. 

Poor Tristan was so miserable...he isn't posing for this picture!  I found him wandering around with his "old man thing" to help him walk because his tummy hurt so bad. 

Mikayla's Birthday!

 Mikayla turned 9 this year....the last time we were in Utah she was born here and reached the ripe old age of 3 before we moved on!  WOW, the time has flown by.  We got to celebrate her birthday like we did the first few years of her life with the Groebs and Grandma Hardy.  We had a great time at Aunt Natalie's birthday bash for Grandma, Uncle Kerry and Mikayla.  We won't share how old the adults are :)
